Shipping Policy

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed during promotional periods may require additional processing time.

Shipping destinations
We ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States, as well as to most other countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at we_care@scientispharma.com.

Shipping costs
We currently offer standard shipping at a flat rate:

  • United States: $10
  • United Kingdom: £10
  • European Union: €10
  • Rest of the world: calculated at checkout (may be higher)

Shipping costs are confirmed at checkout before payment.

Estimated delivery times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • European Union: 3–5 business days
  • United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
  • Switzerland: 3–5 business days
  • United States: 5–7 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs or force majeure are beyond our control.

Order tracking
A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped within the customer's own customs territory are delivered with all applicable taxes included, with no additional charge on delivery. For cross-border shipments, any import duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

Incorrect address or failed delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping costs may apply.

Lost or delayed shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at we_care@scientispharma.com and we will investigate with the carrier. Claims for lost parcels must be made within 14 days of the dispatch date.
